WEB SITE DESIGN PROCESS

We will create an image that will generate Visual Brand Association with your Company’s Services and Experience.
Our quick and easy Web Site Design approach is as follows:
Step 1 ) Simply contact us and we will discuss your requirements in detail, answer any queries and help you choose the appropriate options. We will email to you our Web site design questionnaire. Please fill in this questionnaire as comprehensively as possible and email it back to us at the earliest.
Step 2 ) Based on the services ordered, we send you an invoice. At this stage we ask you for 50% deposit. You can pay either through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Cheque (details will be in the invoice).
Step 3 ) Upon clearance of funds in our account, We will commence your Web Site Design.
Step 4 ) Ideally, we recommend that you send through the content (logo's, banners, pictures, text) as well at this stage. This helps us in better defining the layout and navigation. Based on the ‘Web Site Design’ brief, our designers will create the initial design for your review and comments within five business days.
Step 5 ) You then review the designed site and email to us your comments for the first revision. Again, we would recommend that you send through any added content or edits ASAP. Throughout this process we will continue to have email and phone based discussions with you.
Step 6 ) Our designers review your comments and modify the selected designed site accordingly.
Step 7 ) Repeat step 5 & 6 for second revision.
Step 8 ) The final designed site is tested in Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 at 1024 x 768 screen resolution, links checked and emails created (if needed).
Step 9 ) We now ask for the final pament. Upon clearance of funds, we can either email the complete files to you or upload to your host server. Should you ask us to upload the files we will need the host server user id & passwords.
Step 10) Once your site is uploaded, we inform you. At this stage you should change your password immediately so that we no longer have access to your web site.
